Frontline Freelance Register
The Frontline Freelance Register (FFR) is a representative body for freelance journalists, created for and run by freelancers. It is a member-driven ring-fenced initiative of the Frontline Club Charitable Trust. FFR is open to international freelance journalists who are exposed to risk in their work and who adhere to its Code of Conduct. FFR provides its members with a sense of community while championing their safety and professional practice.

RISC is dedicated to promoting the safety of freelance journalists working in conflict zones. It provides comprehensive emergency first aid training to help mitigate many of the physical threats they face while on the job. RISC’s goal is to make first aid training and preparedness an industry norm, like having a flak jacket and helmet, and to prevent unnecessary deaths in a profession that is so vital to human dignity and human rights.
Protection International is an international, non-profit organisation that brings protection strategies and security management tools to Human Rights Defenders, women and men, (W/HRDs) at risk. Since 2004, Protection International has been working with local partners in over thirty countries throughout the world.
The organisation envisions a world where human rights and fundamental freedoms are universally recognized and respected, and where everyone has the right to defend these rights and freedoms without fear of threats or attack.

Working in association with the media organisations such as the IPI, ACOS Alliance, leading News Agencies and other media organisations the insurance schemes have been developed by journalists for journalists to ensure that policies are appropriate and affordable.
The Coalition For Women In Journalism (CFWIJ)
Established in March 2017, the Coalition For Women In Journalism (CFWIJ) became the first nonprofit to offer mentorship to women journalists from both Western and non-Western countries. They are independent, impartial and dedicated to a single, vital interest: the wellbeing of their colleagues. CFWIJ strives in all its work to promote a culture of stewardship in the public interest of good journalism.
European Centre for Press and Media Freedom
The European Centre for Press and Media Freedom (ECPMF) is a non-profit organisation that was founded in Leipzig, Germany, 2015. It operates on the basis of the European Charter on Freedom of the Press and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
