The next General Assembly will take place in St. Petersburg on 9-10 October 2012. The EU Russia Forum is your platform and meeting place about issues that concern you and the citizens of the countries that are represented. Please save this date on your calendars. An invitation to this event should come at the end of August.

All Forum member organisations are invited to take part in the Saint Petersburg assembly as participants. While the participation of more representatives from one organisation is allowed, the costs for only one representative per each organisation will be covered.

We would like to encourage you to indicate as soon as possible whether you will participate in the Saint Petersburg assembly. Please note that only the participants confirmed by 31 July 2012 will have their travel tickets (to and from Saint Petersburg) and accommodation costs (2 nights) covered fully.  The costs of the participants confirmed after this date will be covered partially.

Non-Forum members who share the values, goals and objectives of the Forum are welcome to take part in the general assembly as observers but their expenses will not be covered by the organisers.

To confirm your participation, please send email to Svetlana Lykova, who will be in charge of the event’s logistics:

Application form for participants and observers can be found here.

We are looking forward to continuing the exchanges, information sharing and activities of this Forum to give it a voice and place in the developments of EU-Russia relations.
